Diamond OHIO Pin or Pendant for Scholarship


The proceeds from this Keith Chapman designed Pendant or pin will benefit The Ronald P Socciarelli Scholarship Fund benefits undergraduate non-music majors who have been members of the Marching 110 for at least one year and demonstrate financial need. Ronald P. Socciarelli was the director of the Marching 110 from 1973-1989 and the director of bands for the College of Fine Arts’ School of Music until 1992. He directed the concert and wind symphony, as well as the university-community band. He also taught conducting and wind literature until he fully retired in 1999.

This design can be made as a pin or a pendant: The lapel pin and pendant are locally made of tarnish resistant sterling silver and are approximately 1” wide.  The pendant includes an 18” chain.

Keith Chapman designs and crafts his jewelry in his uptown studio. He has pursued his passion for designing and crafting jewelry and gemology from his hometown of Athens for 35 years. As a jewelry artisan he has focused on combining his skills from the traditional fine-jewelry craft with the latest technologies in design and manufacturing. He attended Ohio University, and he earned his Graduate Gemology Diploma from the Gemological Association of America in 1983.
