At The Bobcat Store we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If you are a member of the Ohio University community and you are purchasing for your department, please email bobcatstore@ohio.edu with your order details so that we can charge your order to your account number.
Shipping • Pick Up
When you purchase from The Bobcat Store, you have the option to ship to your home or pick up your purchase from McKee House.
Shipping times may vary because the store keeps limited inventory in-house; however, most orders ship within one week of purchasing. All orders ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Every order, every time! Unless otherwise noted, all items ship UPS Ground from the Ohio University campus. Please note, The Bobcat Store does not ship internationally.
Exchanges
The Bobcat Store will gladly exchange merchandise. Exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase. Items being returned to The Bobcat Store for exchange must be in original condition and accompanied by a note with your name, address, email address, phone number and order number. The Ohio University Alumni Association cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipment. It is highly recommended that packages be insured and are traceable.

Returns • Refunds
The Bobcat Store will refund the purchase price of Bobcat Store items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of merchandise purchase. Items being returned to The Bobcat Store must be in original condition and accompanied by a note with your name, address, email address, phone number, order number, and the reason for the return. The Ohio University Alumni Association cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipment. It is highly recommended that packages be insured and are traceable.
A full refund of the purchase price, in original form of payment, with a receipt, is available for items returned within 30 days of original purchase and in original condition. Purchase price does not include shipping and handling or other additional charges.
